近来都很贪吃,晚上很迟了还把食物往嘴里塞,搞到早餐都不想吃。
且体重一直维持同样的没降,很担心会放弃减肥的目标。
今天开始8点过后不再吃东西了,喝多点水,就不是那么想吃东西了。
